1. What is the quality of your products?
Our products are in high quality. We pay much attention to our customers' shopping experience and therefore will always put it on our priority.
2. Are your photos exactly the same as the products?
Most of photos are shot by our own photographer, and only a few of them are from magazines.
3. What is the free size?
It usually means the only size is available. The size may be different due to different countries. Therefore we suggest you to check the measurement carefully, then you will know if it fits you.
4. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?
We are not sure about that, but for hot-sale styles, we'll restock as soon as possible.
About Payment
1. What is PayPal?
PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at venvyboutique.com to purchase items by Credit Card, or Debit Card.
Lovelywholesale.com cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.
2. After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service at support on our home page as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped out, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.
3. How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order.
 
4. Do you provide an invoice?
We often do not offer our customer’s information in the package, but we can send the invoice via e-mail after package shipped out.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, but we only offer free shipping on order $50 or more. For the other items, the shipping fee will be covered by customers.
4. How long does it to take for preparing an order?
If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-5 days to prepare.
5. How long does it take to deliver it to me?
Depending on the shipping method you chose, delivery time will vary. For flat rate shipping, it usually takes 10-25 business days to arrive; For standard shipping, 6-10 business days; And for expedited shipping, 3-6 business days.
6. How do I track my order?
